Turn notifications on

Everything here lives in the iPhone app under Settings → Alerts. Two separate switches have to be on before anything is delivered: iOS’s permission for DawBets, and the Notifications switch inside your DawBets account. Granting the iOS prompt on its own delivers nothing.

   Open Settings → Alerts → Notifications

   If iOS has never asked you about DawBets, the top section of this screen ends with an Enable notifications button.

   Tap Enable notifications and allow the iOS prompt

   Allowing it also flips your account’s Notifications switch on, so you do not have to hunt for it separately.

   Read the footer under the Notifications switch

   It states the real position — including "iOS is blocking them on this device" when the OS permission is off while your account switch is on.

The first time you sign in on iPhone you get a one-time Never miss an edge sheet before the iOS dialog. Skipping it does not end things — DawBets falls back to quiet delivery, where notifications land in Notification Center with nothing on your Lock Screen and no sound. The Notifications screen then offers Turn on Lock Screen alerts to upgrade that.

Switch on bet alerts

A bet alert fires when a bet appears priced better than it is worth — positive expected value, or EV. They have their own screen: Settings → Alerts → Bet alerts. Turn on the Bet alerts switch, then open Bet alert rules to set your minimum EV, your daily cap, and which sportsbooks, leagues, markets, teams and odds qualify.

Four things must all be true before one arrives:

• ●A Plus or Pro plan. The job that sends bet alerts skips free accounts outright, so no switch or rule has any effect until you upgrade or start a trial — see the pricing page.
• ●iOS permission for DawBets, from the prompt above.
• ●Your account’s Notifications switch, on the Notifications screen.
• ●The Bet alerts switch itself.

When one of those is missing, the Bet alerts screen names it at the top and the button underneath fixes that one thing. The rules door itself only appears on a Plus or Pro account with both switches on; when iOS is what is blocking you, the rules stay editable underneath and keep saving.

Settlement notifications and quiet hours

Settlement notifications tell you how your tracked bets landed. Switch them on at Settings → Alerts → Notifications → Notification types. That row only appears once the master Notifications switch is on and your plan is Plus or Pro — and the plan is checked again at send time, so a lapsed subscription stops them. What one says, and when nothing is sent, is in Settlement notifications.

Quiet hours, on the same screen, pauses delivery between a start and an end time read in your device’s time zone. Bet alerts inside the window are skipped and settlements are held until it ends — Quiet hours and daily alert limits explains why, and covers the daily cap on alerts.

Prove it is working

Near the bottom of the Notifications screen, Check delivery → Send test notification sends a real push to every device registered to your account and reports how many of them it reached. It works on every plan, free included.

The test is sent exactly the way a bet alert is — time-sensitive — so it also shows you whether alerts break through your Focus mode. Settlement notifications and trial reminders use the normal level and stay quiet under Focus and Do Not Disturb.
