Refer a friend, earn free months

The deal

Every account gets a personal link, dawbets.com/r/YOURCODE, minted at signup. A friend who joins through it keeps their normal free trial and then gets a discount off their first month; the exact discount is printed on your Refer friends page and on the signup screen they land on, so you never have to quote a figure yourself. When that friend’s first real payment clears, you earn a free month of DawBets Pro. You do not have to claim it — it is granted automatically and we email you the moment it lands.

Where to find your link

   Open Refer friends

   Go to Refer friends in the web app. It is also in the sidebar menu under your account, and as a card in Settings just below your subscription. You need to be signed in.

   Copy or share the link

   Copy link puts it on your clipboard. On a phone you get a Share link button alongside it, which opens your normal share sheet.

   Watch the three counters

   Friends joined counts everyone who signed up through your link, Subscribed counts the ones who have paid, and Months earned is what those conversions have paid you. Each friend is listed as Joined, Subscribed or Inactive — never by name.

What does not earn a month

• ●Your own link. Self-referrals are silently ignored.
• ●Anyone who is already paying us, on the web or through the App Store. Brand-new accounts, people mid-trial and lapsed subscribers all still count.
• ●Someone who followed a different link first. First invite wins, permanently — a second referrer cannot take over.
• ●A click that never reaches signup. The link is remembered in the browser they tapped it in for about a month, so they can come back later — but if they click on their phone and then sign up on a laptop without the link, the trail is gone.

When you get paid, and what the month becomes

Nothing pays out at your friend’s signup. The reward fires on their first paid invoice, at which point their row flips from Joined to Subscribed. What that month is worth to you depends on how you are paying:

That third row is deliberate. Your account always resolves to the highest access you hold, so a free Pro window running alongside a trial or an App Store subscription would buy you nothing at all — and once spent it cannot be un-spent. Holding it is the honest outcome, not a bug.

Banked months

Banked months never expire, and they stack: two months extend the free window rather than overlapping inside it. Two moments pay them out on their own — when a dawbets.com subscription ends, and when a trial ends. Nothing fires by itself when an App Store plan lapses, so press Use my free months (or Apply to my next bill, if you subscribe on the web) on the referral page. That button is there whenever the months are worth spending.

Two catches

• ●A refund or chargeback. If the payment that qualified your friend is refunded or disputed, the month is reversed — a free Pro window is shortened, or an issued credit is debited back at exactly what it was worth when issued. That friend shows as Inactive.
• ●An annual friend gets no discount. They still earn you a month, but the first-month discount is skipped on annual checkouts: it is a one-time coupon that would otherwise take a slice off an entire year. Current plan options are on the pricing page.
