Using the Boost Builder

What it does

Your book hands you a profit boost and you have to decide what to put it on. Open Boost Builder, name the book and the boost, and it builds a parlay from the highest-EV bets on that book’s board, prices it and links you to the slip.

A boost lifts your profit, not your stake, so it is worth more on a long price than on a short one — which is why the builder will trade up to longer legs when you ask it to. The arithmetic is in Profit boosts, and what makes one +EV.

It is on every plan, Free included. Each leg on a built ticket counts against your weekly bet allowance the first time you read it that week — see what counts.

Filling in the form

   Choose a mode

   Multi-game takes one leg per game and works at every book. Same-game puts every leg in one game. SGPx, on the web only, puts one or two same-game groups beside single legs from other games, and the book prices the whole ticket as one — DraftKings calls it SGPx, FanDuel SGP+.    Pick your sportsbook

   Required — every leg and price comes from this one book. The list is your books from Settings. Same-game and SGPx share a shorter list for now, with your other same-game books under Coming soon.

   Choose your leagues

   Multi-game filters to any leagues you pick, or searches them all. Same-game and SGPx list the leagues your book has same-game odds in right now. Same-game holds one at a time, and opens on the one you used last or the one with the most games. SGPx holds one, or all of them from All leagues at the top of the list.

   Same-game and SGPx: choose the games

   In Same-game, leave Game on Best value to let Boost Builder choose, or pin a matchup. In SGPx, leave Games on Auto and Boost Builder picks them, or pin two or three games yourself — one alone is not enough, since the ticket has to span games. An empty list means no games from that league are on — or, with a minimum EV set in Filters, that no game has two legs clearing it — not a broken book.

   Set Legs and Boost %

   The stepper only offers what the mode supports: Same-game tops out much lower than Multi-game, and SGPx starts higher, since its smallest ticket is a same-game pair plus one leg from another game. Boost % is whatever your promo pays — set it to 0 and the ticket shows plain combined odds.

   Open Filters to narrow it

   Min combined odds, markets, teams (My Teams fills your saved ones), players, an odds range, a minimum EV per leg for props and game markets, Exclude legs, and today’s games only.

   Exclude legs keeps a side off the ticket

   Pick No overs or No unders for player props, for game markets, or for both, and no leg on that side is ever chosen — not on the ticket, not in More picks to add, not in a same-game slate. Game markets means totals and team totals; moneylines and spreads have no side and are unaffected. Useful when your book limits you on one side, say prop unders. It is a rule about every build at that book, not a way to hide one leg.

   Tap Build Parlay

   Legs come from the same live board the bet feed uses at that book, ranked by expected value and always pre-game. Bets you have tracked or hidden are left out.

Min combined odds is a target, not a filter

It filters nothing out. The builder takes the best-EV legs first, then swaps in longer-priced replacements until the ticket clears your floor — in Multi-game, only positive-EV ones that genuinely lengthen it. If nothing gets there, you get the best ticket available and a message naming both prices. SGPx is the exception: it never swaps legs to reach the floor. It builds its best ticket, and if the book’s price falls short, the message names both prices.

Reading the ticket

• ●Boosted odds is the big number, with the pre-boost price struck through beside it.
• ●fair is what the parlay is really worth. A Multi-game ticket shows a book’s logo (or "Avg") beside it. Same-game and SGPx tickets show none: no book quoted that exact combination, so the number is our own estimate, marked Conservative estimate.
• ●EV and a badge. Same-game and SGPx tickets publish a range, and the badge is keyed to its low end, so a range straddling zero never wears a good one. See Badges explained.
• ●When one SGPx group’s range can’t be pinned down, the ticket reads "SGPx EV isn’t available for these legs." where the EV would be, with no fair price, no badge and a $0 stake. The price is still the book’s own quote.

• ●Multi-game combined odds are our multiplication of the leg prices; a Same-game or SGPx headline is the book’s own quote for the whole ticket.
• ●An SGPx ticket lists its legs by game: each same-game group under its matchup, with the book’s price for that group on its own marked together, then each leg from another game marked Single.

Swapping legs and comparing books

More picks to add holds the alternates the build did not use: expand it and drag one in, or use its add button. The bin icon takes a leg off the ticket, and it stays out of More picks to add until you build again. It does not hide the leg from later builds, so to keep a whole side out of every build use Exclude legs in Filters. Multi-game reprices instantly; a Same-game or SGPx ticket is re-quoted at the book, and if the book refuses that combination the edit reverts and says so.

An SGPx ticket has no dragging, so add with the button. Its More picks to add holds a few legs from each same-game group’s own game, then the best leg from a few games not on the ticket, kept inside your pinned Games if you set any.

Same parlay, other books prices the identical ticket at other books — for Same-game and SGPx, at the other books those modes serve. A book that cannot price every leg is left out rather than shown with a shorter parlay. Live · refreshed says how old the numbers are, and returning to a stale ticket re-quotes it.

Placing it and tracking it

Add to slip opens the book’s one-tap combined link. Without one, the ticket opens the legs one at a time — the button counts them off — and Open each leg in a new tab does the same in one go. On a Same-game or SGPx ticket, combine those legs in the book’s slip, as a same-game parlay or an SGPx, before you confirm. Placed separately they are singles at a different payout — When we can’t price your parlay says why.

Saving a setup as a preset

A preset stores the book, mode, leg count, boost percentage and filters, Exclude legs included. Same-game’s pinned game is never saved, but SGPx’s Games picks are, so leave Games on Auto in a preset you mean to reuse — a pinned game drops off once it starts. The rail groups presets by sportsbook; tapping one loads it and builds, and its ⋮ menu holds Edit, Rename and Delete. Edit an active preset and a dot marks it unsaved: the save button becomes Update, with Save as new preset in the dropdown.
