How to contact DawBets support
Trust, safety & privacy · Web & iOS · Last updated August 28, 2026
Quick answer
Email team@dawbets.com — that is the whole support desk, and it reaches the team directly. Inside the app you can also use Send Feedback, but that form needs you to be signed in and takes no attachments, so anything about your account, a payment or a deletion is better sent by email.
The address
team@dawbets.com. It is the contact named in our Terms and Privacy Policy, the address the iPhone app links to, and the inbox the in-app feedback form alerts. There is no phone line and no live chat.
Send Feedback on the web
- 1
Open your account menu
Click your name and avatar at the bottom of the sidebar. In a phone browser, tap the menu icon at the top right of the header instead.
- 2
Choose Send Feedback
A Share your feedback box opens with a character counter under it. Submit stays greyed out until you have typed more than a couple of characters.
- 3
Submit
You get a confirmation toast, the team is alerted immediately, and a confirmation email goes to the address on your account. If your note needs a reply, it comes back to that same address.
A few screens also show a thumbs up / thumbs down prompt — after a bet-check verdict, once you have tracked a bet, on a boost result, and a handful of others. Tapping one opens a short form: pick a tag, write a sentence, or both. Submit stays disabled until you have done one of those, and the tags you pick travel to us with the note.
Send feedback on iPhone
On iOS: open Settings, then Send feedback under the Feedback heading. You can pick a topic — Feed, Boost Builder, My Bets, Widgets, Account & billing, or Something else — tap Good or Not great, and write your note. A thumbs-only send is enough to register the rating, but it is recorded silently: no email is sent and nobody is alerted, so write a line if you want a person to read it.
On iOS: Settings → Help & Legal → Email support opens a mail draft to the support address, with your app version, iOS version and plan appended under your message — and nothing else, no user id or device identifier. If you are stuck on the sign-in wall, the Need help? link at the bottom of that screen composes the same email; the feedback form lives behind sign-in and is no use to you there.
Which route to use
| What you need | Best route | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A bug report or a product idea | Send Feedback | Quick, and it attaches the page you were on. |
| Billing, a refund, a charge you do not recognise | You can attach a statement or a screenshot, which the form cannot take. See Payment and billing problems. | |
| Account changes, deletion, a copy of your data | There is no self-serve export — see Delete or export your data. | |
| You cannot sign in | The feedback form needs a live session, so it is unavailable exactly when you are locked out. | |
| A feature you want others to vote on | Ideas board | Every signed-in user can vote on it, and it shows what is already being built. |
Spotted a factual error on one of our pages? Either route works — we correct the page and bump its Updated date rather than quietly editing the claim, as our editorial policy sets out.
If the form will not send
Feedback is rate-limited per account to stop abuse, so a burst of messages in quick succession is refused with a "too many requests" toast — wait a few minutes, or put the rest in one email. An Authentication required error means your session expired: sign in again, or just email us.
What to include
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
- The page or screen you were on. The feedback form records this for you; an email does not.
- For a price or edge question: the sportsbook, the game, the exact market, and roughly when you looked.
- For a tracked bet: the share link if you have one, otherwise the selection, book, odds and date.
- On iPhone, your app and iOS version — the Email support row fills those in for you.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
What support cannot do
- Place, change, void or settle a bet. DawBets is not a sportsbook, takes no wagers and holds no funds. Only the book you bet at can touch a wager.
- Recover money lost on a bet. A losing bet is a matter between you and your sportsbook, whatever the edge was when you placed it.
- Cancel an App Store subscription. Apple owns that one — see Subscriptions in the iPhone app for where to cancel and how to ask Apple for a refund.
- Give legal, tax or financial advice. We can explain how a number on a screen was calculated; we cannot tell you what to do with your money.
Support is not a helpline
Sports betting is 21+ and carries real risk. If betting has stopped being fun, or you are chasing losses, our responsible-gambling page lists the national helpline, peer support and self-exclusion routes — those people are trained for this and we are not.
Common questions
What is the DawBets support email?
team@dawbets.com. It is the address named in our Terms and Privacy Policy and the only one the apps link to, and it reaches the team directly.
What is the difference between Send Feedback and emailing support?
The form needs you to be signed in and takes no attachments, so it suits bugs and product ideas. Email works while you are locked out and can carry a screenshot or a statement, which is what an account, billing, deletion or privacy question usually needs. Either way, written feedback gets a confirmation email you can reply to.
Do you actually read feedback?
Yes. Every written note alerts the team straight away and sends you a confirmation email. If it needs a reply, it comes back to the address on your account. On iPhone, a thumbs-only send with no note is the one thing recorded silently.
I cannot sign in — how do I get help?
Email team@dawbets.com. The in-app feedback form requires a signed-in session, so it is unavailable while you are locked out. On iPhone, the Need help? link on the sign-in screen composes that email for you.
Why did my feedback fail to send?
Either the rate limit — a handful of messages in a short window is the cap — or an expired session, which shows as "Authentication required". Wait a few minutes and retry, sign in again, or send the rest by email.
